Throughout my formative years, I was inspired by influencers who instilled in me a desire to help others. As a result, I’ve sought to approach each moment as a defining opportunity to positively impact things wherever I can.
With an attraction to things visual and tactile. I entered a fashion industry career honing my skills in merchandising, public relations and sales. My path included executive and leadership roles at Giorgio Armani, Bergdorf Goodman, Linda Pitti and I.M. International, a fashion forecasting and consulting firm with offices in Europe and Asia.
Switching gears and capitalizing on my love of retail I transitioned into automotive and motorcycle dealerships. As Dealer Principle I successfully built a brand of stores that included over 450 employees and annual sales exceeding $175M. I held a number of board seats with both industry organizations and non profits and received numerous recognition awards.
I sold these companies looking forward to embracing new challenges working with causes I admired. My challenge came instead as a Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis, with an expected 6 month lifetime. Fortunate to be among the surviving, every day I am grateful for the experience that taught me so much about strength and bravery in the face
of adversity, and about the ability we have to impact the world of others when we have compassion and empathy.
I am here to say nothing is impossible. This time allowed for additional business studies as well as Certifications in Neuro Linguistics and Ericsonian Hypnosis. I began a successful Life Coaching practice where I enjoyed helping clients achieve their goals. I currently assist personal and corporate clients bring their best work into the world, in areas including, e-commerce, branding, talent acquisition and marketing.
My quest for personal health and enjoyment of the outdoors took a little longer to achieve, physical strength was harder to achieve than business success. Each day I regained strength to actually build back muscle and endurance allowing me to accomplish my craziest goal to date, training as a triathlete.
My experiences continually lead me back to my desire to help others achieve greater success! I approach each moment as a defining opportunity to positively impact things, and that’s right where I want to be.
I completed my first triathlon in the summer of 2017!
